Refund policy

Everything we sell is a digital file that you download immediately after paying. There is nothing to return, and once the download has started we cannot take the product back. For that reason we do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.

Your right to cancel:
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA you normally have fourteen days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content delivered straight away, that right ends once delivery begins, provided you asked for immediate access and understood that you were giving the right up.

That is why, before you pay, you are asked to tick a box confirming that you want immediate access to the file and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once the download starts. The box is not ticked for you, and we do not start delivery until you tick it.

When we refund anyway:
There are a few situations where we refund in full and you do not have to argue for it. If the download link never reached you and we cannot get it to you. If the file will not open or arrives corrupted and we cannot supply a working copy. If you were charged twice for the same order. If you bought the wrong item and have not started the download. Tell us within thirty days of your order and we will put it right.

Once a refund is agreed it goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within three to five working days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.

In any of these cases, just write to hello@digitallspace.com with your order number and a short description of what happened. A screenshot or a video helps if it is a technical problem.

What is not a reason for a refund:
To be straightforward with you, we do not refund because you decided after downloading that you already knew the material, found it too basic or too advanced, did not read the description before buying, did not get round to using it, or used it and did not get the outcome you hoped for. We make no promise about results. We also do not refund if a third-party platform or tool mentioned in a product changes its rules or pricing, since that is outside our control.

We may update this policy when how we work changes, or when the law does. The current version always lives at this address, and the date at the end tells you when it last changed.
