We sell digital educational products — playbooks, blueprints, frameworks and templates — supplied as downloadable files. Nothing is shipped to you physically.

The store runs on the Shopify platform. Payments are processed by the hutko payment service (LLC "INCOMTEC", registration code 45564000), which accepts Visa and Mastercard payment cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The payment service is PCI DSS compliant and card transactions are authenticated via 3-D Secure. We do not receive, process or store cardholder data.

We are not registered as a value added tax payer in Ukraine, and our prices therefore do not include VAT. If that changes, the VAT number will be shown here.

Our products are general educational material. They do not constitute regulated financial, investment, legal or tax advice, are not a financial service under Ukrainian law, and carry no promise of income, profit or any other result.

We do not sell to persons resident or located in the russian federation or the republic of belarus, in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, or in jurisdictions subject to sanctions imposed by Ukraine, the EU, the USA or the United Kingdom.

For data protection purposes, the supervisory authority in Ukraine is the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, whose Secretariat includes a dedicated personal data protection department, at ombudsman.gov.ua. Consumer protection is supervised by the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, 1 B. Hrinchenka St., Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine, at dpss.gov.ua, and by its regional office for Khmelnytskyi region.
