Privacy policy

This policy explains what we do with your personal information when you visit digitallspace.com, buy something, or write to us.

The person responsible for your information is Individual Entrepreneur Artem Tsymbaliuk, registered in Ukraine under entry no. 2011600000000056184 of 24 June 2026 in the Unified State Register, at Panasa Myrnoho proizd 14, Khmelnytskyi, 29001, Ukraine.

You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@digitallspace.com or +380 67 210 01 21.

We handle your information under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we also apply the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation to your information.

What we collect and why

When you buy from us we collect your name, email address, billing address and country, along with the details of your order. We need these to take your payment, deliver the product and give you support afterwards.

We also keep a record of the confirmation you give at checkout — that you agreed to our terms and asked for immediate access to the file. We keep it because we may need it if a payment is later disputed.

Payments are processed by the hutko payment service (LLC "INCOMTEC", registration code 45564000). We only ever see a masked card number and whether the payment succeeded. Your full card details go directly to the payment service and never reach us.

If you sign up for our emails we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects access to anything you have already bought. Order confirmations and download links are not marketing, and we will always send those.

Our website records basic technical information such as your browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. We use it to keep the site secure and, where you have agreed to it, to understand how the site is used.

We do not ask for any sensitive information, and we do not make automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Age

Our products are sold to adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Who we share it with

Our store runs on Shopify, which hosts the site, processes orders and delivers your files on our behalf. We use the hutko payment service to take payments, an email provider to send order confirmations and newsletters, and an accountant who sees transaction records as required for tax reporting. Each of them only receives what it needs to do its job.

We may share information with advisers or authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Where your information is processed

We operate from Ukraine, so your information is processed here, and also on the systems of the providers named above, which may be located in other countries. Shopify is a Canadian company.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, please note that Ukraine is not covered by an adequacy decision. We receive your information because it is necessary to perform the contract you enter into with us when you place an order. We keep access to a minimum, use encrypted connections, and do not transfer your information onward except as described in this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for 1095 days, which is the minimum retention period Ukrainian tax law sets for our records. Support messages are kept for three years. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a note of your address so that we do not contact you again by mistake. When a period ends we delete the information or anonymise it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or object to how we are using it, ask for a copy in a portable format, or withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to hello@digitallspace.com. We acknowledge requests within one working day and complete them within thirty days at the latest, usually much sooner.

You can also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights at ombudsman.gov.ua, or to the data protection authority in your own country — though we would much rather you came to us first.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — they keep your basket, your session and the checkout functioning, and they cannot be switched off without breaking the store.

We also use cookies that remember your preferences and help us see how the site is used, and those are only set once you agree through the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie banner settings, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

Security and changes

We use encrypted connections, limit who can access our systems, and rely on Shopify's infrastructure and on a payment service certified to the PCI DSS standard. No system is completely secure, but if something went wrong that affected your information, we would tell you and notify the regulator as required.

We may update this policy. If we change it in a way that matters, we will say so on the site.
